The Highlands

So we were able to take a few days and explore the "Highland" area of Scotland {which is mostly just considered up North} with who else but our besties, Jan, Chris, and of course Teddie. We left from Loch Lomond and headed north for our first stop, Glencoe. Glencoe is absolutely gorgeous. It is one of the most historic and scenic glens as well as a destination place for hikers, skiers, and Americans who have married Australians and made some cute baby tourists. Oh! That's me.

The sheer scale of these mountains is amazing. Trust me. I know a pic doesn't do it justice. And they just appear out of nowhere, plus they are green from tip top to bottom. Amazing!
Apparently Kirra thought something funny was going on since we had yet to put the money in the viewer to see anything!

Self-timer happy family pic!
